Thunderbolt 3 Decklink does not work anymore

Last week i was asking for a problem with a new laptop (HP OMEN). not running my Decklink TB devices proper. (i only got the answer from BM Support "Can you confirm that it has a Thunderbolt 3 connection?"
All Decklink Devices are recognized by Windows Device Control, but not from BM Control Software

Now my HP ZBOOK G3, running for 2 years perfect with all TB2 and TB3 devices, gives the same BLUE SCREEN as the HP OMEN. The ZBOOK got all updates (Windows, Quadro, BM, two weeks ago.
So i have now two laptops, not running anymore with the decklink devices. I will not update my tb 2 devices anymore for now.

Does anybody has the same experience or a hint?

Running previous with Zbook G3
TB 2 Devices:
Mini Monitor and Recorder
Sonnet TB2 PCI Express with Decklink DUO2
(all TB2 devices are running well with Apples TB3 to TB2 Adapter)

TB 3 Devices:
UltraStudio HD Mini
Akitio TB3 PCI Express with Decklink DUO2

on both Windows laptops.. But there has been some Windows updates last few weeks.. Maybe MS screwwed up with an update? Try to roll back your windows to a know point.

I was going back to a restore point one month ago on the ZBOOK, all TB devices where running fine. but WIN10 starts imediate to update again, same error, BLUE SCREEN because of the Blackmagic IO Driver.
So i installed a clean WIN7 on the ZBOOK, works fine, with all updates.
Unfortunately the OMEN is to new, to install WIN7. And there are also no restore points make it working.

I found other posts about problems with Windows 10, Thunderbolt3 and BM Drivers.

I Could solve my problem with the 2018 HP Omen Laptop:
1. Reinstalling Windows 10, 1709, NOT 1083
2. Install all needed runtimes and NET Versions and the latest Thunderbolt Driver from Intel
(make fast, because Windows wants to download all 1803 Updates )
3. Disable Windows Update Service
4. Install Decklink driver Desktop Video 10.11.2 NOT Desktop Video 10.11.4

With all this, the machine runs stable until now.

Windows 1803 and any Decklink causes bluescreen with BMdriver
Windows 1709 and Desktop Video 10.11.4 causes bluescreen with BMdriver
