1. Reinstalling Windows 10, 1709,
NOT 10832. Install all needed runtimes and NET Versions and the latest Thunderbolt Driver from Intel
(make fast, because Windows wants to download all 1803 Updates
)
3. Disable Windows Update Service
4. Install Decklink driver Desktop Video 10.11.2
NOT Desktop Video 10.11.4With all this, the machine runs stable until now.
Windows 1803 and any Decklink causes bluescreen with BMdriver
