ATEM Television Studio Pro HD - "BORD" button

PostThu Jan 17, 2019 3:42 pm

Hi guys! I got the ATEM Television Studio Pro HD.

Next to the keyers and macros button just above the program and preview keys, there is a button called "BORD".

I cannot make use of it nor is it covered in the manual.
Can anyone help?

Looking at a bigger picture were i could zoom in properly. The buttons next to it are for the DVE settings. So BORD in this sound like the "border" of the DVE. So i guess when you are setting up a DVE you could hit this button for the settings of the Border( thinkness, type of line, color, bevelled, etc etc) ;)

you can only see this when the DVE is active. So setup an DVE so you can see it on screen. :)

Hello Tom. Borders in ATEMs can come from a video source. Borders may be used with wipes and is called Border Fill for the other ATEM panels. While often a color background, it may be any source in the switcher. This button enables the button row to allow selection of that source to the first 12 sources. To select other sources, you would use the Menu system or the ATEM Software control.
