ATEM 1M/E Production Studio 4K works fine with ver. 6.9 software. If I update it to any version of 7xx (I’ve tried them all), the multiview has a green tint, the boxes show but it does not display video in the boxes. I can get it to work with multiple power cycles, but it’s random and unreliable. Downgrading it back to ver. 6.9 makes it work properly again.
Has anyone had this problem? I have reached out to tech support but wonder if this has happened to anyone before.
