Combine BM Video Assist with BM Intensity Shuttle?

Hi Guys

I am thinking about buying the BM Video Assist 4k and was wondering if I can combine it with my BM Intensity Shuttle.

The setup would look like this with everything connected through HDMI:
DLSR -> Video Assist (record in 1080) -> Intensity Shuttle (output 720) -> Laptop

Is it possible to record in 1080 and get only 720 in the output?

No input = output.

And your DSLR will do 1080P probably. The VA will take this. But the Shuttle goes only up to 1080i

So I would only be able to get this working if my DLSR can output 1080i.
Otherwise I could exchange my Intensity with a UltraStudio Mini Recorder, that would work too, do I understand that correctly?

1080i or 720P from the DSLR.

Ultrastudio mini is also up to 1080i. If you need 1080P you need the Ultrastudio mini HD
