Hey there,
I currently have a Blackmagic Design Smart Videohub 20x20 Routing Switcher, with two of my inputs having cable boxes each going from hdmi to sdi through a micro converter. and then on the output end there is a additional micro converter going from sdi back to hdmi to a tv. So right now the flow plath seems to be working however the only image from the cable box I am getting is "there's a problem with your hdmi connection". anyone have any experience with issue. is there a setting that I should change/look out for? or update that i need to complete somewhere? thank you in advance for any advice
