SDI video Signal blinking

I am using 2/me production Studio 4K switcher with 20x20 videohub.I have a issue with some SDI inputs. the issue is first four inputs blinking without any reason it's like a blackout for a while  like to 2 or 3 frame missing and also tiny white dots all over the screen.
   my wiring diagram like this, all  camera output go into the video videohub first inputs then video hub output goes into the switcher.
   I take some action to check my cables and system but I couldn't find any issue with the system or cables. I change the inputs cable and camera but issue is not solve.
please help me to solve this problem.

What type of camera is it? Did you try connecting your cameras directly to the ATEM without going through the VideoHub? Is it SDI out of your camera or are you using an HDMI - SDI adapter?

What cable? Specs?
At What lengths?
And what Res and frame rate, are you running on the Atem?

How about heat in the rack, You have a lot of BMD hardware on top of eachother. Do you have active cooling fans in the back of your rack?

The FPGA can fail when it becomes too hot. resulting is loss of signal and white spickles.. (Had this once at a very big concert..)

We have had the EXACT same thing on high end Broadcast cameras
it flashes black exactly ever 1 minute briefly
this we found on HD signals on 100m cables
50m did not replicate the same.
BM had the usual replies sadly.

BUT now last week the unit powered up, not routing video, and not displaying video on the Cleanswitch display. Buttons work, screen works, lan you can ping but cant control via lan.
Basically bricked.
did 2 firmware updated vis USB hoping it would reset. nope.

I hope the flashes are not a sign of whats to come

I use sony PMW 160, PMW x200 full hd camera with no HDMI to SDI converter. yes i connect my camera directly to the ATEM. am using Canare 1602 L-4.5CHD cable, length are 100m and 50m. video resolution is 1080i. 2 big cooling fans working in the back of rack.

What about hooking the cameras up to the switcher with 3 meter cables to check that.

Any power cables running along side your SDI cables?

100m cables is stretching it to it's limits.. And even then you must use high grade SDI cables and proper connectors to archief this.

My thumb rule is no sdi cable should be longer then 75m. All lengths above that are replaced with fiber in my setups.
