Amd Vs Intel for streaming

I'm getting started to create a machine for live streaming in full hd. For capture video, I want to use 4 DeckLink Mini Recorder, and for other sources, I have a Web presenter on Usb port and a Intensity Shuttle on other Usb port (not on the same bus). The machine will have a 500 gb ssd HD, 16 (best 32?) Gbyte Ram and a Nvidia 2 gigabyte graphics card. Software for encoding will be Obs. I'm undecided about the Cpu, Amd RYZEN 7 2700X Vs. Intel Core i7-9700K. DeckLink Mini Recorder works well whit Amd RYZEN? And what will be the best MB to use with this Cpu. Does someone have experience of this?
