No signal SD card Hyperdeck Mini since update

Hi everyone,

We used tu use the Hyperdeck Studio Mini to broadcast some videos to the Atem in live. The videos we played were stocked on a SD card, and we exported the videos in DaVinci Resolve with this configuration :

Video
Format: Quicktime
Codec: DNxHD
Type: 1080p 145/120115 8-bit
Frame rate: 50

Audio:
Codec: Linear PCM
Bit depth: 24

(I just wrote the settings we change when we export a video, the other settings are set by default)

Everything worked perfectly untill we installed the latest update, and then none of our clips were readed by the Hyperdeck Mini: the card was read but on the monitor was written "no signal".

We can record from an external source but what we want is to be able to deliver a video on the SD card that can be read on the Hyperdeck Mini.

We also tried a downgrade, but same problem...

Any help?

Thanks

I think the problem is that the update set your resolution and framerate on the hyperdeck different.

And the hyperdeck is not able to switch itself to the right resolution / framerate and codec from the file properties.

So you need to configure your recording settings on the hyperdeck to
Format: Quicktime
Codec: DNxHD
Type: 1080p 145/120115 8-bit
Frame rate: 50

And then go to playback mode. Now probably it will work again. ;)
