How to Record ATEM TV SWITCHER's OUTPUT ?

PostTue Mar 05, 2019 10:35 am

Hi Everybodi,

I used blackmagic intensity shuttle to output from tv switcher to Pc Media express(It's own software) to capture and record the output from switcher. But the problem is it keep showing (once or more fram were drop)and force stop the capture record.

So my question is what software should I use to record with intensity shuttle ?
Or how to i record the output from the switcher ?

Pls help me, Thank you.

My first inclination would be to look at your storage media... if your constantly dropping frames, your media is likely not fast enough to keep up with the data that is being thrown at it, so you may need to connect faster hard drives or a raid array to your computer. Additionally, insufficient processing power or RAM could also cause frames to be dropped during recording.

This seems most likely to be a hardware issue in that your hardware is not capable enough to capture what you are trying to capture, not a software issue.
