(HELP!) Good Computer for Streaming 720p?

Hello. Currently, I use this computer for just browsing the Internet & such and it works fine:

Is that computer good enough to work with streaming in full 720p HD? Could someone link a computer that will run it without dropping frames & without having lag if it isn't a good one? Thank-you!

If you are a prof and need prof. performance try HP Z420 with XEON . I do have a sixcore here that runs perfect.

It'll be for installing a BMIP in it & streaming my X-Box in 720p on Twitch.tv

If you got the cash to splash get an X79 motherboard, stick 64gb of RAM in it and an Intel i7-3930 hex core CPU plus a 240gb SSD. Use watercooling for the CPU and then overclock it, that will do the job and more besides.

Also it is possible to stream via H264 Recorder Pro, and some addon Software . Encoding of MPEG2ts is done by the bmd Hardware, Streaming is sent out via the usb connected Computer. We sale streaming software based on the BMD Decklink skd. With that solution you Need no big power pc.
