Hello!
I have a Blackmagic Decklink SDI. I bought a new one. Use for the first time normally. The second time the device requested to update firmwave. Wrong when updating me restart the computer. Then the computer does not receive the Decklink SDI card anymore. I tried many other computers but still couldn't.
I hope you can help me fix this situation. I am in Vietnam and need to use the card as soon as possible.
