Not possible without some advanced tricks.. Which would include a special prepared picture to overlay, and a Powerpoint that is specially designed to run full screen but only has the presentation in the windowed view. Then you could crop the camera picture with the DVE.
For what you want you need a function like Super source that is found on the 2ME and 4ME switchers.
