URSA Mini Pro 4K Live Camera Control Vis Fiber Converter

Currently using 4x URSA Broadcast Cameras with BMD Camera Fiber Converters and Camera Control Panel.

Has anyone used the Camera fiber converters on the URSA Mini Pro Cameras?

If so, can the camera lens be controlled. Fujinon 20-120mm 4K Lens is what will be used.

You mean controlled from the Atem?
It looks like it is a digital drive lens. But i don't recall it is on the supported lens list that is able to do zoom trough the Ursa.

Only a few high end Broadcast lenses are supported for that.

But 9 out of 10 times the camera operator should do your zoom and focus instead of doing this from the Atem.

Only rare cases were you have a fixed shot it might come in handy.

If you are referring to the Fuji Cabrio Zoom, then you may need to ask BMD Support directly. As for power and remote control, it is going to depend on what connector the lens servo unit is using. The UM Pro PL mount will communicate the Cooke i info from the lens, but will not power the Servo from the lens mount.

The detachable drive unit is an ENG-style handgrip with a zoom rocker switch, 16-bit encoding, and an interface for remote control via a wired or wireless controller from Fujinon or other compatible, third party manufacturers. When the drive unit is attached to the lens, a digital auto-aligning system quickly and accurately calibrates it to the zoom, focus, and iris gears. Power is provided by either an external connector or the PL mount's interface

So it is down to what connector is used, and if the lens control protocols are the same as used by digital ENG B4 Zoom lenses.
