Hyperdeck Studio Splitting Files on Long records

I have 9 Hyperdeck Studio, all of which spilt the recorded files into muitlple files around the 1 hour mark.

Is there any way to stop this. I'd love to record our 90 min show and not have to edit two files back together to get a single file with the complete run of show.

There aren't any settings on the HyperDeck (either the front panel or USB setup utility) that control the file split behavior. If the splitting of recorded files is determined by file size rather than recording duration, then it might be possible to extend the maximum duration of a single file by switching to a different codec (for example, ProRes LT rather than ProRes 422).

This has been discussed in several threads and nowhere is there an explanation or solution for this issue as far as I know.

I am going to reach out BM support and see if they can give me reasoning for this.
