ATEM Talkback Converter 4K workflow

I m planning to use ATEM Talkback Converter 4K with 5 Blackmagic Studio camera 4k for live broadcasting and indivisual video recording in 4K using optical fiber. Does it works? What other additional equipment should i buy for this setup?
Please guide and help
