HI,
I'm loving my bmd item hd television studio switcher. I installed my first camera a ptz optics hd-sdi with a 20x zoom and use it with my huddle cam hd joystick (hc-joy-g2). This camera works well. I can view it through the switcher and control with the joystick.
I've purchased a Tenveo 20X-SDI Optical Zoom Video Conference Camera Full HD 1080p DVI HDMI HD-SDI PTZ. the switcher doesn't detect it (changed all the settings - I think) nor does the joystick control it (I've daisy chained it and also connected it directly to the joystick.
I'm still learning and would appreciate any help that anybody can give.
