ATEM Studio HD No signal Multiview

Hi All,

I just received a new ATEM TVS HD and have an issue with dispalys on the Multiview (Both SDI & HDMI)
Cameras and Laptops connected and I can see the images on the mini display panel of the ATEM if I switch sources to program so I know the cables and resolutions are fine.

The Multiview display has the grid but all boxes are just BLANK. I can send COLORBARS to the output and still the output window on the multiview is blank. The return outputs on SDI 5/6/7/8 should be sending to the PGM feed back to the cameras. These too are blank.

Ive downgraded to V7.5.2 and back up to V8.0.0 and the same issue.

Is this a return or has anyone else every had the same issues?

Exactly the same issue. New unit, program out works, and can see the live images on the front panel LCD,
but the multiview is a grid with nothing but black.

This unit is needed to be used very soon on a live production!

Ive sent mine back to BMD agent in South Africa because I literally tried everything and had no luck.
I’ll keep this post updated as I hear back from the agents.

BM just came out with version 8.0.1 last night. I would try that. But I am curious as to know your settings?

Quick update. Blackmagic replaced the unit immediately. New unit received and installed and operating perfectly.

That's great to hear shaun . It sucks to get a faulty device but it does happen.
