Hi All,
I have Blackmagic studio camera and i'm facing an issue that it's display not showing anything and button's not responding. But when i have connected camera to pc through usb it's showing in device manager. So i thought may be it seems firmware issue and i'm trying to upgrade the firmware but everytime it failed.
I have attached the snapshot of the same.
Please suggest me what could be reason for this?
