ATEM Television Studio HD - Audio Source Selection Issue

ATEM Television Studio HD - Audio Source Selection switch only works in software doesn't seem to be responding otherwise. Anyone else seeing this? I reverted back to an older firmware from 8.0.1 back to 7.5.2 but still having the issue.

Well apparently no one has experienced this issue. I disassembled the unit and I didn't find anything out of place and put it back together and now seems to be ok for the moment. All the buttons are responding how they should. Perhaps something was out of place. I don't know. All the buttons are working correctly.
