ATEM MULTIVIEW GREEN SCREEN in WINDOWS FOR SOURCE PGM PVW

I have a problem with ATEM television studio HD. All is functional but not the multiview ( HDMI and SDI output ), there is all the windows with audio bargraph functional ( sources PGM PVW ) but not picture in the windows sources, PGM, PVW. This product is new ( receive last week ).

Are your sources the same resolution and framerate as the Atem is set to?

Otherwise simple test. Set your Atem to 720P50 Get a laptop with HDMI output and set it to 1280x720P50 and see if you get an image.

I have the same problem since this morning on my Atem Television Studio HD.
All the inputs/outputs are working fine except that I have green everywhere in the mulitiview window.
I have tried a full reset, firmware downgrade and upgrade, changed the multiview output format but no change.
Does anyone has an idea how to solve this?

Did you manage to get an answer to this? My ATEM suddenly did this yesterday morning and I have no idea what's going on!
