MicroConverter SDI to HDMI issues

We are a small NYC based AV company and as such I own a number of BM products, among them are a few BM MicroConverter SDI to HDMI converters of which three have failed. It seems to be a micro USB PSU issue - I can provide B & H documentation for their purchase. What is the BM repair / replacement policy for these products?

What failed? The power supply, the connector?

I thin it was the converter itself as it seemed to be intermittent coming back on when I moved the PSU connection

Kind of strange but can happen if the power connectors are abused, pulled hard on, or inserted the connector the wrong way.

We have about 20 of them for a year now.. And only 1 died by lighting strike in the neighbourhood..
