Problem with Hyperdeck studio Mini

During recording somehow the red record button start flashing and sometimes it stop record(SD card light off), sometimes it keep recording(SD card light keep on).
After that, whatever I change another SD card or another slot, stop and start record again, the record button still flashing when I hit the record button until I unplug.
I know it means drop frame, but sometimes it just doing fine for all day with some setting.
My SD card is R 95MB/S W 80MB/S, recording h.264 med. 1080p
