Can't find clips in MXF folder

Using Resolve 9.3 on a Z800, an AAF exported from Avid and pointing Resolve to the MXF folder, the system takes a long time, and crashes. Pointing to the specific numbered folder where the clips reside, resolve comes back with the following errors for each clip:

Non-file Source Mob is detected and ignored

The File " .mxf" can't be found.

Any ideas?
