Resolve XML to FCPX Changes edits

When exporting an XML from a project originating in Resolve to FCPX the edits get changed.

My work flow is recording three cameras of a live shoot through an atem switcher and it records only the final out put. I use Resolve to find all the cuts, then send it to fcpx. However, some cuts are on some are way off.

I've tried every xml type available and they all turn out the same.
