Exporting TIFF's with source resolution

PostWed Aug 12, 2015 10:43 am

Hello all,

I have a project in DaVinci in HD (1920 x 1080),
i'm shooting in 4k UHD (3840 x 2160), the DOP asked me to do some grabs and export to TIFF in
source resolution.

What is the best way to do it?

Because to export my grabs in source resolution i'm always changing the settings of the project between
Hd and UHD...i'm also transcoding to MXF 36 (1920 x 1080).
Is there a easy way to do it, without being changing all the time the project settings?

Thanks.

No. If you need to grab full-res stills, you have to change the project resolution to the original source resolution.
