Hello and thanks for posting. While we do try to see every post on the forum, we simply can't. Obviously we want to make a good community and encourage questions, but if you have a need for support urgently please contact your local support office directly.

We did see a few driver not digitally signed issues, but I thought they were fixed in the latest release, but maybe its fixed in the next release. I'll check.

For now, you might want to continue useing the driver that is stable for you until we can get this resolved and if you need anymore help in the meantime please feel free to reach out to us at the support office.

The current drive has the most recent firmware for it, but as for which specific driver we last tested on that board. Yikes. Like 4 years ago?

So the issue is likely while the firmware hasn't changed for the board, the software surrounding it it has done.

But in this case if you are using the latest driver I wouldn't expect a digital signing issue with driver. I'm not sure if there is a good solution to this one.

You could try going back to an older driver, but you might run into other compatibility issues.

Hi Joshua

thanks for replay,

"So the issue is likely while the firmware hasn't changed for the board"

that's what I think

is there a way to force update firmware, or rolling back to old firmware then update to the latest one ??
what is driver version has an old firmware ?

thanks

after install driver and restart, windows can't recognize my Decklink Extreme PCI card, with this error in device manger under Blackmagic Driver

"Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)"

any help
