It is disappointing that BM have access to their SDI receiver equalizer inside their all in one chips but don't expose such an important signal quality information in a diagnostic tool.
In fact BM seem to want to walk away from issues relating to signal quality when you think about how they have chosen to drop the very basic error logging of UltraScope in subsequent SDI tools.
I guess they never have to deal with real world rubbish cables in their perfect lab. Wish I did not have to guess what was happening just because I cannot afford to spend $7k on a real SDI monitoring tool. As a tech I know that info and option is so easy for BM to add to such tools as Ultrascope.
