Davinci Resolve crashes constantly...

I'm just trying out 12.5 on my windows 10 64 bit computer (nvidia gtx670, 16gb ram, amd phenom 2 x4 965 black) and i'm a little surprised how often it crashes... I figured out what causes it, if I add a video clip into the main timeline and unlink the audio from it I can get it to crash every single time if I remove the audio while the main edit is playing. If anyone has any ideas how to fix this i'd really appreciate it because i'm having a good time with this despite the crashes...

Also, rewinding the play marker is very delayed, I rewind it to the end and it takes a second to actually get there jogging through the footage...

No one has any thoughts? How do I contact the support people then?

your vram is probably only 2gb.

which file are you playing with? GoPro 4k?

I'm playing with 1080 24p footage from an eos m which I think is 24 mega bits per second. Interesting point about the beam, is that an issue?
