FACEBOOK LIVE STREAM PROBLEM

Did my first stream test

On my computer, my Facebook stream was blurred out so I couldn't monitor quality of the stream but on my phone my my Facebook feed was clear.

Doesn't anyone have a solution for this?

I just started FB Live streams with the Web Presenter, and although the Web Presenter messes with the video look (desaturates and darkens the image) and destroys the audio quality (bypass WP by going straight into my laptop) the quality looks fine through OBS and the stream itself. My issue is with FB maxing the posted video after the stream at 480p.

Eric do update to Wirecast 7.4 which is the current version.
You don't mention the browser you're checking the Facebook stream on but I've had problems with Safari and viewing Facebook live streams. Check with FireFox and you'll see the stream is probably fine.
