There are no bezier curves for transforming the position of a clip in Resolve 12.5. Is this a bug, that will be solved in 13? Its a simple but powerful tool an NLE should have....

There is, but it is not very intuitive.
In the viewer, make sure the transform wireframe is on & it will visually show the motion path.
You can then right click and select "smooth". This will enable bezier controls for spacial smoothing and a dot in the middle to control temporal smoothing.

...It should be there, but it is not. there is no wireframe for position! There is one for Zoom, Crop etc.
. There was one in Resolve 12, but it has been removed in 12.5

Totally agree, especially when eases need to match zoom/rotation eases.
