Hyperdeck Shuttle doesn't record

Hey all.

I use the TV Studio with the Hyperdeck Shuttle 2 in a studio environment. Everything worked fine until our unit gave problems, it switched itself off. The unit is in for repairs and I have a loan unit but the Hyperdeck Shuttle 2 doesn't want to record with this unit. The green light is lit, the SSD is formatted the same way as always.

The loan unit is on the same version as my unit. What can it be?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

SSD gone bad? Bad connection to the SSD. Different input signal which is not available for recording?

Which green light.. There are several on the Shuttle.. Does Video light? Does SSD light?
