Blackmagic Web Presenter Audio Dropping Out

Blackmagic Web Presenter Audio Dropping when cutting between sources.

Background: I have done the firmware update and I am using the smart panel.

Problem: When switching between the SDI (camera) and HDMI (computer) inputs on the Smart Panel I get a momentary drop in audio (audio cuts out completely) and then cutting back from the HDMI source to the SDI video then the video freezes momentarily. I am using the XLR audio input on the unit and mixing the audio through a mixer.

Any suggestions or is anyone else have the same issues?

Are you on afv? And running the same res / frame rate?

I had the same issues, but the 1.2 firmware update sorted it out for me. check you have the 1.2 firmware

Both cameras must be set to the same format.
If one is 1080i@29.97 the second camera must be the same settings
Update firmware to 1.2

I just did the Firmware update to 1.2
2 camera switcher with cross dissolve and clean audio.

Thank you all. I will check this on my unit. One more question... If on HDMI channel I run a Computer on what should the setting on the computer be for a clean transition? Thanks again.
