Can't export and Play stills

Hi,

For some reason I can't export stills from Resolve like before. Also, when playing stills for comparison, they appear as this offline media with a blue background as shown in the screenshot. Pls, any help would be appreciated. It must've been me renaming and moving stuff from the original working folders. Now I can't figure out how to get them back to normal.

Anyone, please?

Check where they go in the preferences and restart if you change anything.
Also check if Resolve has rights to the folder.
