camera not recognized

using a black magic intensity shuttle to connect a canon hf r800 to a pc windows 7 pro

also using OBS studio version 19.0.2


obs does not see the camera


windows does see the intensity shuttle


any ideas?

You cannot have both applications open at a time so try closing one and see if that solves your issue.
