We are a group of french teenage movielovers who decided to make a short-film.

Shot on a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera (Prores HQ).
Lenses used : Chinon 50mm (f1.4), Tokura 35-135mm (f3.5) and Panasonic 14-42 mm (f3.5-5.6).
Graded in Davinci Resolve 12.5.
Edited in Adobe Premiere Pro.

As the director, I will answer to all the possible questions you might ask (with the best english I can :D) and I truly hope you'll have some !

I think it looks very good.
I found that the audio was a bit low.

Did you choose to shoot on the BMPCC or was this what was available?

Thank you very much !
The sound was arranged for a theatrical projection actually. We unfortunately didn't think about this detail when we uploaded on YT...

Actually we had on disposition a Canon XF100 camcorder. But this camera isn't really suited for making movies (or "cinematic" projects). That is why the BMPCC was much more appropriate for this short-film. Without the Pocket, it would have been much more difficult to get this polar/film-noir atmosphere, which allows this immersivity by giving this dramatic look.

We owe much to the BMPCC :D

Good decision.
You managed to get a very pleasing look from the BMPCC.
