Change Labels Smartvideo HUB

Hello guys,

I wanted to change the INputs and OUTputs labels of my SmartVideo Hub 20x20. So I connected USB cable between Smarttvideo Hub and a Mac Pro.

I openned the blackmagic application "VideoHub Setup". And it was written "Connect overt the network to configure the labels".

So I connected RJ45 cable between SmartVideo Hub and a Switch RJ45 (Mac is connected too).

But I have the same problem... I can't configure the labels ?

Can you help me please ?

Smartvideo Hub Firmware version : 6.3

Did you configure the Videohub to an IP address on the same network as the computer? This process is covered in the manual.
