I have to buy Smart Video Hub 12*12. its switch with glitches. what i do ?

If you do not want to have glitches between switching you have to buy the Smart Videohub Cleanswitch 12x12.

In there is a framesync for every camera. And it will switch without glitches if the sources are all the same resolution and framerate.
