Also, I'm guessing you are on Windows 7, which may not support this resolution.
This update may or may not help with that:

Hello.
I've just upgraded from DR Studio 12.5 to 14. Trying to export a MP4 UHD file I get an error:
Recordinf Failed: Failed to encode the video frame.I'm still using Win7 Pro 64.
Can anyone confirm this is the reason? Upgrade Windows is a major event! I'd prefer to avoid, but if this is the only way to export UHD MP4 direct from DR without intermediate HUGE files, I'd do it.
(I've tested that ms windows patch you mention, unsuccesfully).
Or maybe my exporting error is not Windows7 related but any other issue. Any help will be welcome!
UPDATE: Just found I get the same error when exporting 1080p or any resolution MP4 file, and the same with Quicktime h264. No h264 encoding, neither MP4 or QT container.
¿any cue?
