Audio to sdi 4K Mini converter

Does the Blackmagic Converter setup software communicate with this mini converter?

After install the software claims no converter found? need special USB cable?
And this converter does not pass video through it Decklink card shows no video input.
Swapped cables all check out direct from Camera to card.
But no signal if I connect converter.

trying to embed audio in to signal so Express will have audio feed along with video feed.

Does the power led light?
Do you see the led near the SDI input light up?

Yes the light turn on when power is applied and
sdi cables attached and also when the usb cable is attached.

But Setup says no converter found.
Also video signal does not pass through it.

It appears these products are incompatible with each other.

inserting audio into sdi stream with no video works.
connecting video audio drops and no video is passed.
Decklink 4kSD card and Audio to SDI 4K converters.

FYI

The Converter is expecting SDI signal with level B so to get this to work:

Camera is setup and the Decklink card to use 1080Psf level b at 59.94 frame rate.
Converter switches all are off.
Express can see the video and audio now.
I saw the level b requirements in another forum post.
The help desk did not even mention it.
