Hard drives not recognized in Davinci Resolve

PostWed Sep 13, 2017 7:04 pm

Hi Folks,

I found a new problem in DR Studio 14: The program is doing two things (possibly related) with my local hard drives.

1) The program is re-assigning drive letters to some of my drives (G: drive is now F: drive, but only in DR).
2) The program is not recognizing some of the hard drives in my system, even though they are visible and accessible from within Windows.

This is causing lots of problems as one of the drives that isn't recognized is where I store my video files. Also, outputting rendered files show up on a different drive than where I specified. This confused me for awhile as the specified directory was empty after a render.

My guess is that Studio 14 is not bug free yet. Hopefully these issues (I have other ones as well) will be resolved (no pun intended) soon.

Cheers,

Bruce
