New system build as spec'd below*.
My 29.97 projects are exhibiting dropouts/video hits at random during playback; big breakup in image, simultaneous audio dropouts on external monitor connected via Decklink MiniMonitor/SDI. These are monitoring artifacts only, not in the video frames on disk.
The same projects connected to the same monitor via Ultrastudio MiniMonitor and SDI from a Mac Pro 6,1 do not have dropouts. Same SDI cable.
23.98 projects are not having dropouts.
The Mac Pro is on an older version of BMD Desktop Video. I usually stick with any version that works because of previous issues I've run into when updating Desktop Video.
Any ideas? TIA
