ATEM Studio not being recognized?

Hey all! I'm trying to setup an ATEM studio switcher to my laptop and when I connect the USB cable from the laptop to the hardware windows doesn't install the driver for it. So I can't connect to the hardware to change the IP address and get things running. Anyone have some words of wisdom on how to get this going?

Have you installed the Atem software before you connected it?
Have you tryed a different USB lead?
Have you tryed a different USB port?? (Sometimes USB3 ports can be a problem )

I have installed the ATEM software and utility software. I've tried a couple different cables. I'll have to try a different port though.

The deck connects to your computer by ethernet for deck control. The USB connection is used to set it up. hth, KL
