Mini Converter HDMI to SDI Audio Problem

Sending Video/Audio to nursery from sanctuary. Wanting to embed an audio feed from the sound board. Cannot get sound to work directly into the converter. If I connect the audio to the camera it will feed through perfectly. So, I know my audio feed is working. I cannot use this camera for this purpose permanently. I will have to buy a less expensive camera.

I have switch 8 set to analog. I am moving switch 7 back and forth depending on whether or not I'm sending from the camera or directly from the board.

Be sure to have the latest firmware in it. And connect the software and check if the the audio levels are up.. If they are almost muted like this image you will not have any decent audio

Also check your audio leads.. Did you wire the TRS connectors correct? See page 7 of the manual http://documents.blackmagicdesign.com/C ... Manual.pdf
