How to stream 720p quality to Facebook Live by Web Presenter

How to stream to 720p quality to facebook from Blackmagic webpresenter and OBS. Is there any special video bitrate i should consider as I have set video bitrate 2000 but it uploaded the video in 360p. Please help

Check Video settings in OBS and set output resolution to 1280x720. Check Output settings and set bitrate as needed.

I think 4000 is fine.
