Can't read SD cards

Just received my new BMPCC and it came with 2 SD cards containing Davinci Resolve software. My PC doesn't recognize either card as being a formatted SD card. What am I doing wrong. Thanks. T

If you're looking to install Resolve, you can go to the support page of the website and download it directly from there.

Thank you. I installed D.Resolve (free) prior to my BMPCC purchase. I understood that studio version would come with my camera purchase. Can anyone tell me the process to update to Resolve Studio?
