Missing screw any ideas

From the shoulder kit I’m missing the screw and assembly that secures 15mm rods. See below. Where can I get a replacement. Looks like a thumb screw, spring, and tension plate.

Thanks Tony! But they are $100 for the replacement. You wouldn’t have any insite to any where cheaper? Costs a 1/4 of the whole kit! Figured I’d ask before pony’ing up the money for them. My rig is silly with gaff on it.
