Can't get "Camera Utilities"

PostSat Dec 02, 2017 8:05 pm

Hey everyone,

I have had my BMPCC for about 4 years now. I recently got a new iMAC desktop with the latest version of OS installed. I tried putting in my SD card with the Camera Utilities installer I got when I purchased my camera but I keep getting an error message saying "MAS OS 10.6 or later needed" (also the certificate has expired but it does give me an option to bypass that if I want).

Has anyone else had this problem and is there anyway to download the Camera Utilities any other way than the SD card provided when I got the camera? I would very much like to download and install the latest firmware for my camera but can only do so with the Camera Utilities

Thanks for any help I can get on this.

Download the latest FW update for the Pocket Camera (FW 2.1) or Try 4.2 if 2.2 does not load on the newer OS, it should also contain the 2.1 FW update for the Pocket Camera, from the BM Support Site here: https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/suppor ... al-cameras

The camera Utility Program will be included with the update.

PROBLEM FIXED

Thanks Denny for the help. I think it was, I just wasn't looking for it in my applications page. I'm all setup now.
