Fusion Render Problems

PostTue Dec 05, 2017 9:22 pm

I am trying to render finals, but Fusion keeps dropping frames.

Meaning:
I am trying to render 100 frames... for example, 20frames are just black and not rendering.

I triple checked the footage. That's not the problem.
The issue is caused from Fusion. .exr files are pulled from the network.

Anything I could do about it within some Fusion settings?

Thank you for any little help!

What you could try to do is change one setting in the loader.
There is an option called: 'missing frame' and you can set that to 'wait'.

Maybe Fusion gets to 'impatient' when rendering and moves on to the next frame before the EXRs get transferred over from the network. Sometimes setting this option to 'wait' can help.

It's a long shot, but an easy thing to try.
