No Backups Available

"Automatically save project" was on and appeared to auto-save several times throughout the day. After going to Preferences > User > Autosave > List Backups there are no backups. Also looked in /Library/Application Support/Blackmagic Design/DaVinci Resolve/Resolve Disk Database/ and there is only 1 project. Where are the backups?

In the auto save menu, did you check on the "To Backup Project" box? Otherwise it just saves the project. It won't save versions.
