Resolve_14.1.1_Windows DBase update issue

I updated our HP Z800 to DaVinci_Resolve_14.1.1_Windows yesterday and see a new DB settings appears along with a utility called Project Server.
Tried to update the files in there as shown in attached screen dump - no issue at all except for the last one that crashes the sware every time.
Can someone offer a solution OR how to delete the file if not important?
